Party like it's...1985?

A few months ago Courtney e-mailed me about possibly photographing her upcoming birthday party. Unfortunately, I said I couldn't because of a wedding I had to attend that same day. I was very sad about it though. I knew from the theme, "80's Prom", it was bound to be a great party, so you can imagine my excitement when she sent me another e-mail a week or two later saying the party had been rescheduled for the day before! My assumptions were correct. It was an awesome party - balloon arches, poofy sleeves, mullets, and all!

Happy birthday, Deven!

Here are a few pictures from Deven's 1st birthday party. She is such a cute little girl - and so happy! She was laughing and playing the entire time. I love 1st birthday parties. They are always so much fun, and this one was no exception - cute kids, cute cake, and lots of smiles and laughter.

Pirate Party

I got some great shots at the wedding I did this weekend, but I'm a bit behind on my editing. Tonight I've been working on more of Jessica & Alex's photos. I have all of the images from their rehearsal finished and am getting closer to finishing the wedding day ones. Then I will start on the images from the Shay & Quinton's wedding. Last weekend I got the opportunity to celebrate and photograph Berkley's 1st birthday. She is such a happy, pretty little girl. She was smiling and laughing all afternoon, and she really loved her cake! She is also looking more and more like her big sister Chloe everyday!
